Alen and Sarah first met in New York City through Columbia School of Business, but it took a few years for them to connect. When they did, they quickly fell in love, and Alen proposed at the same spot as their first date.
Their gorgeous champagne-toned wedding at The Hay-Adams brought family and friends together from across the globe to celebrate the union— including Turkey, where Alen was born and raised, and France. Sarah’s mother helped her step into her Sareh Nouri gown in the bridal suite before heading to their ceremony at National City Christian Church. Sarah and Alen chose to have a small wedding party of one maid of honor and best man. However, Sarah still wanted to include her close friends, so the Southern tradition of a “House Party” was the perfect solution.
After an evening of heartfelt toasts and joyful celebration, Alen and Sarah departed the Hay-Adams for nighttime portraits in front of the Capitol.
This vendor team made Alen and Sarah’s wedding so wonderful- thank you!
