Destination Wedding at Boucan by Hotel Chocolat in Soufriere‎, St Lucia

Matt & Jennifer were married at Boucan by Hotel Chocolat in Soufriere‎, St Lucia in February. They wanted to give their families an “experience of a lifetime,” so chose to do a one-week vacation with a destination wedding at the end of it, to celebrate joining their lives together.

It really was an amazing experience. Boucan by Hotel Choclat is small resort on a chocolate plantation (!!!!!), small enough that our group took over the entire hotel. Most of the “rooms” are actually their own lodges, and the quiet rainforest environment made this intimate wedding feel that much more special. Buck & I really were treated like family— Jennifer is the sister of a past client, and the Shepard family welcomed us into their family as if we belonged with them.

The party started on Friday evening with the rehearsal, followed by a sunset cruise…
