Carnegie Institute for Science Wedding

Carnegie Institute for Science Wedding by Sarah Bradshaw Photography

Towering columns, thoughtful details, a photo of the bride & groom in their grade school class photo with a sign reading, “can you find us?” Max & Jennifer’s wedding day was their own— two crazy smart people who have known each other all their lives, who are equal parts “grand wedding venue” and “quirky dance moves,” and who are most comfortable when they lean into each other. It was a privilege to photograph their Carnegie Institute for Science wedding here in DC last August.

The following vendors also helped make the day perfect:

Getting Ready: Loew’s Madison Hotel  |  Ceremony & Reception: Carnegie Institute for Science  |  Wedding Planner: Bethy Allard for Bright Occasions  |  Officiant: Edward Lee (friend of the couple)  |  Photographer: Sarah Bradshaw Photography  |  Florist: Love Blooms  |  Bridal Gown: Stella York  |  Bridal Gown Boutique: Couture by Post Bridal  |  Hair Stylist: StyleMeBar  |  Makeup Artist: Phenomenal Faces  |  Catering: Spilled Milk  |  Cake: Cakes by Megan  |  DJ: Mark Maskell  |  Invitation: Zazzle  |  Photo Booth: Top Tier Photobooth  |  Transportation: Sunny’s Limos  |  Second Shooter: Rebekah Murray
