A few weeks ago my friend Liz and I spent an evening in lovely light, with vintage jewelry, exotic dresses, and a camel. This was an idea I’ve had in the back of my mind for several years now, and it was soooo wonderful to finally put my vision into a finished product. Liz is a natural in front of the camera, and having grown up around horses, she’s comfortable around large animals. Aladdin was a darling to work with, and loved the attention even more than Liz did! Enjoy the story… and be inspired.
A CAMEL?! Are you kidding me? Fabulous!
It’s fun, isn’t it?!?
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! oh my gosh. so fun, and such stunning photos!
i thought the best day of my life was the day i photographed a wedding with a penguin, and then a close second was last weekend’s wedding with alpacas…but this camel??? i want one! this shoot is so incredibly gorgeous and amazing and i love it so much!! amazing job sarah!
love these, seriously beautiful!! so jealous you got to hang out with a camel for a whole evening. so awesome
Ooo so amazing. You shoot with camel. And love the blue dress. It`s georgeous.
Lovely set Sarah! I thought “Cleopatra?” but you (and the camel) made it work. No really, Liz seems so at ease and I’m sure the it was somewhat nerve wracking to have a large animal that close. Tip of the hat to Liz and yourself for more beautiful work.
This is nothing short of fantastic!
I am dying over every single detail of this shoot!!! Beautiful work!!!!
Oh!!!! These are magical!!! I love them all!!! How did you get the camel? Soooo cool! I like cream dress 😉
Greetings from Roma.
[…] other reason than that I want to shoot them. You’ve seen a couple of them already (here and here)… and today I’m happy to showcase one […]
