The weekend began with “Summer Garden Party”-inspired Friday welcome dinner at the Hay Adams Hotel, then continued with Japanese-inspired decor for the Saturday wedding celebration to honor the couple’s heritage. Congressional Country Club was the perfect backdrop, and Anne Book brought the couple’s vision to life with lush hydrangeas, bamboo centerpieces, and sake cups for the welcome toast. The groom’s father’s vintage car gave a personal touch as guests entered.
