Best of Weddings 2015 & 2016 part two

Best of Weddings 2015 & 2016, part two (click here if you missed part one!)! My heart is still so overwhelmed by all of the amazing clients that I’ve had the privilege of photographing my nine (9!!!!!!!) years in business. These past two years of work are so precious to me— to have such trust and love from my clients in the midst of so much change in my own life (buying our first house, having our first child, etc) just meant the world. I truly believe that I have the best job in the world, and it’s all because of my clients.

When I meet someone new and they find out that I’m a wedding photographer, one of the first questions I get asked is, “What is the craziest thing that has ever happened to you on a wedding day?” or “Do you have a lot of bridezillas? I’m sure you have some stories!” And then I have to sit there, at a loss for words, because I honestly don’t have those stories. My clients are amazing. Absolutely amazing. The most thoughtful, generous, affirming collection of men and women I could ever wish for. And their wedding days are precious, and a joy.

To the couples who trusted me to capture your day— I can never say thank you often or loud enough. You are why I do what I do, and my heart is so very, very full.
