Best of Engagements 2018

There’s a kind of sweetness in documenting your love in the every-day. Your wedding day is an amazing and life-changing event, but it’s just that— an event. Your everyday life looks different than your wedding day, and it’s special to document how you fell in love as a way to celebrate your story.

Engagement sessions provide that “every day comfort” in a couple’s story. They are absolutely the best way to get comfortable in front of the camera, for us to build rapport with one another, and ensure that wedding day photos are relaxed and perfectly you. And this is usually the first time I get to spend any meaningful time with my couples, so for me it’s where our friendship begins!

Going back over engagement sessions from the past year reminds me just how privileged I am to work with clients who cherish each other, and are excited to be married!! I really do have the best job in the world!
