They met in college— they were at neighboring colleges in Southern California, both on track teams, and their teams happened to meet one night. And that was the start of a sweet romance. Both runners, they bonded quickly and easily. They dated during college, then long-distance for years as they pursued graduate degrees and further education and job opportunities. But distance only made their love stronger. Eight years later, they’re getting married this Saturday, and will be together.

We did their engagement session on a toasty Summery afternoon in Georgetown. But not even the heat could distract them from each other! Their love is so evident, so strong. I can’t wait for their wedding this weekend!!
